Route 66 - the Motherroad

Chicago, St. Louis, Tulsa, Gallup, Flagstaff, Barstow, Santa Monica, Los Angeles.
This trip starts in Chicago, where the route 66 begins - and ends in Los Angeles.
The journey takes you along the planes with classical farms to Mc Lean, St. Louis and Springfield.
Further on, stopping at different landmarks, we will pass through Oklahoma City, Amarillo and Santa Fe. We will have visited for example sites such as Shamrock, the Irish village, the Big Texan Steak House and the Cadillac Ranch.
The next must see is the Midway Cafe in Adrian, TX, where you reach the half distance of your trip.
From Flagstaff on we will start a loop seeing the Grand Canyon before we continue on Route 66.
Now we are in Arizona. The route we follow leads us through picturesque places like Seligman, Kingman and Oatman with its Wild Burros.
We will cross the Mojave Desert and cross the border to California. After some more miles we will reach the Santa Monica Pier. Here ends the Route 66.
At the end we will have some time to explore Los Angeles (Hollywood, etc).
With the Route 66 Tour you will have crossed 8 states and you will have seen countless bars, shops, museums and will have acquired much interesting knowledge about this historical route.
